Well, it was bound to happen. I did a DB complex tonight.
I just couldn’t take doing nothing anymore. I was restless. My house is so clean right now from the constant cleaning I’ve done just to DO something.
So I picked up 2 15 lb DBs and did 5 rounds of this complex in 30 minutes.
DB Snatches
Front Squats
Military Press
OH Lunge
Bent Over Row
DB Swings
Renegade row
10 sets of each exercise. That complex really shouldn’t have been as hard as it felt
Last night’s cardio was torturous, since I didn’t use those muscles in forever. Today’s cardio was better.
Workout:
Circuit A:
Jump rope for 3 minutes
Seated Ab Twist with 15 lb DB for 30 seconds
20 jump lunges
OH Tricep Extensions with 2 15 lb DBs
Mountain Climbers 1 minute
Circuit B:
15 jump squats
12 step ups each leg (on 3rd step in stairwell)
Jump rope for 2 minutes
12 clap push ups
Squat with DB Press with 15 lbs, 15 reps
Did both circuits twice, and 1 minute of burpees in 30 minutes.

Haven’t heard Last Resort in years, I used to love that song. Seems we all should get into the fitness business as a marketing ploy. Think of how gullible everyone is these days with the quick fix fitness shit. We could all market a bunch of shit and get rich.
