As long as it doesn’t seem like a chore to do a workout, I don’t mind.

Chest and Shoulders (I’ll determine if my tris need any more work tonight)

I didn’t write down everything but there’s not much to report on except for my awesome bench PRs.

Bench Press
Bar x 20
55 x 15
65 x 12
85 x 10 PR
95 x 8 PR
105 x 3 Huge PR (My smile is wider than the cheshire cat in Alice in Wonderland)

Only new thing to report is the Kai BB Raises that I stole from Akuma. 20 x 10 x 3

105 x 3 is awesome. Just great. A wide smile is definitely warranted.

Thanks ladies. I think I was off on the weights in my last chest workout. I put 75 x 3 but I counted that bar as 25. Seems like the Oly bar there is 45. All of a sudden 45 lbs seems lighter haha.
Anyway, I guess that means that instead of 75 x 3 that I said I did the other day on my bench, it was 95 x 3. Without a spotter at that. Wow, I’m slow.

Anyway, MiM, Akuma gives a definition of it in his log.
Here’s a vid. The guy isn’t bad to look at either. I always say that :stuck_out_tongue:

It was kind of awkward on my forearms. I’m not a fan of holding BBs for upper body work unless it’s military press because of that feeling. Next time I’ll change the width of my hands or something or use an EZ bar and hope it works just the same.

There’s nice eye candy in your gym so you do extra stuff to hang out longer. Am I right?

That’s A LOT of stuff!! I don’t think even the fellas do quite that much…which leads me to believe that you could probably push yourself waaaay more if you chose just 5 or 6 moves and put everything you had into it.

On the contrary, I’m the eye candy :wink: I don’t need to push myself more than my body can take just to talk to someone. I already know everyone there anyway, so I don’t need excuses and filler exercises for company.

If I have the energy to do all that with good form still, then I will. And I do.

But then again, I eat enough to fuel my body. If I ate like you, I might be able to do a DB row and call it a day :smiley: But you get your workouts done nonetheless.

YOU CAN WORKOUT CRAZYWOMAN STYLE LIKE THIS BECAUSE YOU’RE STILL IN PAMPERS.
