Didn’t write the reps/sets, just went crazy.
I couldn’t find a place to do inverted rows (I could have done them in the squat rack since no one was working lower body but that’ll look worse than the squat rack curler I saw today)
So I used a cable row I guess. I don’t know what it’s called. Worked the same area that the inverted rows do though.
