1100 BW squats in 10 sets.
Did them as a challenge, goal was 1000 but I decided to beat that and do an extra 100.

Threw some negatives and had a couple half pull-ups. Mostly failed attempts at getting a 4th pull-up in as well.

I didn’t write down EVERYTHING that I did today. I finally joined a gym and it was awesome being back in a room full of weights with a dozen guys. The testosterone! :slight_smile:
So I ended up talking more than writing. As usual. I’ll try harder next time.

Here’s where I just put the book away after already barely logging anyway.
I did single arm OHPs, didn’t go higher than 20 lbs.
Did BB military press (highest was 40 lbs for 8 reps? maybe 6?), DB OHP, L-Raises, Rear delt fly (I did free weights but I suck at them so I went to the machine after) and incline and standing front raises.
And 3 x 10 hanging leg raises.

I love new moves. The wonderful thing about working out is that you’ve never done it all.

If you’re looking up L-Raises and incline front raise, I love those. L-raises are for the side delts. It’s almost like lateral raises except your arm is bent in the shape of an L. I like those better than regular lateral raises, I don’t know why. And I <3 incline front raises. Lean against an incline bench and perform the front raise like that. I feel that it targets the front of the shoulder a lot more.

Just descriptions of those in case those were what you were looking up. I don’t think anything else is ‘new’.

Pretty sure I have the copyright on glute bridges…

The new gym is awesome! Great price and deals in there too, I might take them up on a $3 tan one day.

I am late to the party again but i must say that whoever told your you had anything near at “terrible physique” is blind or has no hands to feel those awesome shoulders and booty–or they are a complete douche who’s opinion is totally retarded and useless anyways. You look awesome–vibrant, beautimus, and strong --getting stronger too! You’re really ramped up your workouts! --not that you needed to–WORD :slight_smile:
