What’s your opinion on nicotine gums/lozenges as a pre-workout? Nicotine seems to have pretty good stimulatory effects and release adrenaline & dopamine.
I unfortunately can only work out at night time due to work, and have been opting it, instead of a late afternoon coffee. Since nicotine’s half life is only 1-2 hours, it doesn’t keep me awake at night like caffeine does. And then I end the workout with glycine.
Just wondered your thoughts about it or if any of your athletes have used it or not?
