At least with Kolb he has sat and learned, his stats are almost exactly like Vick’s except for Int.
Ummm dude. Their completion percentages are similar, but on the same number of pass attempts Vick has 11 pass TDs, Kolb has 6. Vick has thrown for 300 more yards and rushed for 300 more yards with 4 rush TDS to Kolb’s 0. Not to mention Vick is the highest rated passer in the league at 115.1; Kolb’s rating is 85.3. Also, Vick 0 INTs, Kolb 4.
I didnt want to type all that, Vick has one more game. No doubt Vick is the better QB right now, I was speaking from the perspective a potential trade partner. You would not want to say Kolb is shit and we dont like the way he plays. Right now Vick is playing better than everyone else in the league. My point was this is not a Charlie Whitehurst situation where he has no regular season tape and stats.

I don’t think Ollie jr is coming out. Especially if his first option is Buffablow.
True, hell if I was an undergrad I am waiting a year no matter what so at least the CBA will be done. The other bottom dwellers in the NFL right now dont need QB’s, If luck comes out he is going to The Bills.
what about jake locker? any thoughts on him… i know coming off of last year he was supposed to be the heisman qb of this year… dunno what happened… but seems like stats fell off and he’s looking to go late first round…
many touted him as the bigger, faster, stronger, tebow that could throw… ?
If I were GM of a team, I would certainly build around Newton. I know Luck is a better passer & most likely more cerebral QB. But hot damn!!! Who wouldn’t want Cam? He’s a bigger, stronger, almost as quick Vick. Good throwing motion too.

Expecially if you had a shitty O line, with his moving ability would give you time to rebuild the the O line. Hell maybe he ends up in Buffalo and you get to see him play the Jets twice a year.
^Good point. & a big HELL NO to Buffalo. I see him as being beastly. How many games has Carolina won? Maybe they’ll get 1st pick & Cowher has his 2nd Rothlesburger.

Sooooo you think Cowher will replace Foxy. I could see that, but then what about Jimmie squishey faced Clauson?
^I forgot all about Clausen. Though I do think if Cowher gets back in, being close to home is important to him. I’m not even sure Newton will come out this yr either. I think he is only a jr.?
it would be ideal for cam to come out now… heisman candidate… incredible stats… he’ll be top 3 qb to go… if not #1… the way his dad has been asking for money i don’t see him coming back another year…
^WTF is up w/Kubiak? He’s acting all hard ass. If the man is hurt, than maybe he should sit this Sun. I can understand wanting to play it safe. Nothing wrong w/missing ONE game.
^ Yea that would make your Sunday. What do you think about Stafford, now they are saying he doesnt need surgery? He going to be like Pennington, go out one play not even get hit, fall on the ground then back on IR?
^That’s a damn shame about Stafford. Shoulder as you know is a crazy thing. I don’t ever think it will be right again. I’d sit him the rest of the yr & either some kinda surgery or rehab the shit out of it. It’s to unstable a situation to play him. I think confidence is lost now too. Plus Hill really isn’t playing all that bad.
