Buffalo claimed Merriman. He went from playing on a pretty good team with awesome weather to a terrible team in a city with some cold ass weather. Kind of feel sorry for him after the Titans took out his knee in 2007.

Buffalo can have him, & this is coming from a Md. cat. Ever since he stopped juicin’ he hasn’t been the same. I think he’ll be ok in Buf. maybe it’ll be a good lesson on how to become & be a good leader. Only time will tell.

A little humility never hurt anybody. I agree about him going to Buffalo, might just might resurect his career.
^Agreed. Maybe he needs to get out of the spotlight & work on his career a bit. Buffalo is a good place to find yourself. The other positive is someone in the AFC East will take a shot on you next yr if you prove your worth.

^I think Moss will stay in Tenn. Fischer has control over his team. I think he is good w/the players cuz he played. You never hear rumbling come out of that camp. Even when he had issues w/VY. Look at CJ, I think I read where his carries are down & not a peep. Fischer gets the respect he deserves.
I think the bright lights made Merriman delusional. He isn’t the prima donna that Moss is. This is a broken record statement, but now he has to PROVE he is worthy. Motivation of being a loser will work wonders for his game.
I think Moss is a very interesting fit with the Titans. Young has a cannon and should be able to launch 4-5 bombs to Moss every game. Teams will also have to decide to double Moss or stack the box against CJ2K, which isn’t a very easy decision at all…
Merriman has officially been karma-fucked. Going to Buffalo is by far the worst place he could have landed, and is fitting punishment for the moronic/cocky lifestyle he has lead.

I on the other hand think he will perform. Off the top of my head I can’t think of one CB in the AFC South who can cover him. Also, as WC pointed out, pick your poison between Moss & CJ. So lets look at the big pic. You have one big armed scrambling QB, one of the top 3 RB’s in the league, now ! of the top 3 WR’s in the league. Let me top this off w/a top 10def. & their you go, just whipped up a winner in under 3mins.

I partied in Nashville again last nigh and there was not a single mention of Moss. I could see the stadium from where I was. Everyone should make a trip there to party btw- bomb ass place

I agree, and the difference between TEN and MIN is that the Titans are a contending, winning football team right now. The Vikes were struggling, and Moss is not good at playing the role of savior.
