NFL 2010 x 2

I looked at the play a couple more times…yeah he(fb) fucked up lol. When you look closely the defender grabbed Romo’s elbow and squeezed it close to his body as he drove him into the turf. So Romo was essentially wrapped up like a corpse in a carpet, ouch. Perfect sack technique actually.

The season was prolly a wash anyway, they had to almost win out. However it may help JJ cause now there’s no point in firing Phillips halfway through the season and possibly scaring Cower away…not sure if that makes sense.

yea the hit looked brutal… all of the LB’s weight and momentum on romo’s left side… something had to give…

Okay question for the few Cowboys fans on here and hell even Cowboys haters.

Do you go with Kitna for the rest of the year, cause we are not going to playoffs? By the time Romo gets healthy no point in rushing him back for the end of the season.

Do you go with McGee and give the kid some serious playing time?
I’d go with Kitna. He’s nothing amazing, but he’s a good quarterback and if he can manage the offense I think there are plenty of weapons there to do some serious damage.

~

DJHT, looks like we’re going to be paying a lot of attention to the draft this year!! Can’t wait for 49ers to take Andrew Luck.
Yes but can you really do serious damage? I went to bed last night in the third Quarter. I had to get up at 4:30 for deadlift day, so I did not any part of the last 14 points Dallas scored. Personally I say play McGee and get him ready for being your backup for the next 4-5 years.

^WTF happened to the def.? They’ve been fairly solid outside of the secondary. They need a enforcer back there. I’m not a big fan of Brooking either. Great leader, good football player.

^ That was what really set me off. The D checked out in the 3rd Quarter after Romo got hurt. They made goofy faced Eli look like his brother. Again I am tired of this uninspired football, this is Sparta Goddamnit. I want a leader of men, not Grandpa who wondered out of the Alzheimers wing of the nursing home.

Use Kitna, in all seriousness, whats the worse that could happen? The plan wasnt working, so maybe a change can get them fired up. Under Kitna they did make a game of it last night.

^ Man I just couldnt do it, I was fucking fuming. I was looking to kick somebody in the chest into a well. Yes beans, I think this team needs that type of coach. These are not professionals in the sense of an accountant or doctor, they make a living beating the shit out of another person. Football is a game of emotion and controlled fury, not chess.

If we had the right coach and we had a serious chance at a run then I would agree with you Dixie. But we have looked like shit all year and we have no shot at a post season and bring back Romo. Got to plan for the future this year.

What was the stat they said last night? Only 1 team has ever gotten into the playoffs after a 1-5 start? I think Kitna could actually turn the Boys team around a good bit and still make that run but the odds are against him. I think it may be time to ween this rookie into the QB slot for a little bit- like Matt Cassel in NE, he could do well in this offense.

Dez Bryant looked fucking awesome last night. Great YAC and obviously that punt return. Witten looks demoralized and Austin was non-existant. Team just looked flat for the most part besides 88.

This is the best year for a Skins fan, especially one who was expecting a rebuilding year. Muhaha

Kitna could be the spark this team needs. A rally call so to speak. I can see it happening, they all like’em & they would love for him to succeed. Kitna is a bit more of a emotional leader too. Romo always thinks he’s in Joe Coll mode, sometimes you need to get into some ass. I think Kitna will do this in his own way. He doesn’t have an image to watch over.

^ Print I am not one to give up, but Wade has to go. I dont think a spark will help that situation. We need whole new coaching staff man. Garrett needs to be coaching peewee football in buttswana, Oklahoma or something.

You should be happy man, cause you have sucked for a number of years. You have a SB coach and things will be good for years to come.

Cowboys are a disappointing man… The one time I wanted them to win, they flop like a floppy fish. Lol

what’re the thoughts on my 'phins… i feel like i have in years past when we’re underdogs we have the best chance to win… when we’re favorites we just can’t seem to do anything…

this year at home its looking brutal

I think they got robbed on that fumble. If refs wouldn’t have whistled it a TD then it would have been clear to see the Dolphins recovered it.

Dolphins play hard every game. That in itself will always give them a opportunity to win. I’m not a huge fan of Henne but I do like what he has working around him. The def. seems pretty stout. Plus, how can you not love Tony.

Just so happens that div. is the toughest in all the land. I can easily see them winning 10-11 games & not getting in.

Mike Singletary has just name Troy Smith as the starter for week 8. Our team has officially gone off the deep end and I am focusing most of my attention on the draft…

Troy Smith to Ted Ginn Jr. FTW?!?!

Cowboys with the number 1 pick AND Cowher next year. Sweet.
Excuse me if this is sarcasm, but why would anyone want the #1 pick in the draft? You’re looking at roughly $50-60 million guaranteed to a kid that’s never played in the league. Unless you pick a QB that ends up being a stud, you’re overpaying the guy no matter how good he is. No players are getting deals like that at other positions, even if they’re perennial All-Pros.

Yes sarcasm and deep, deep heartache. We really dont want the #1 pick, but the way we are going truefully looking at top 5-7 pick.

Hey man stranger shit has happened, you never know about Troy Smith. He really did not get an opportunity in Balt, just freak circumstances. He was going to be the starter and got the pig flu and then they went with Falco. He has had years to sit and learn. Really man he could turn out okay.
