Hey guys
I am new to working out and have noticed i seem to have a problem with shoulder exercises, military press, etc. I was wondering what i can focus on to strengthen my shoulders along with my lower back.
Thanks!

…problems. care to elaborate a little. if your looking for shoulder strength i really think it is hard to beat push presses.
I noticed when I was doing push press, and standing DB press my shoulders started to get strong

nevermind i get it, you want your back to strengthen up. how bout SLDL’s for your lower back, or Good Mornings, hyperextensions. Or how bout a clean and press, it is just a combination of a power clean and a push press. And Snatches work the back well, there are plenty of exercises for back man ,try some.

I think you’re responding to a poster that isn’t the OP.
But I agree with livinthedream, I was doing DB presses for awhile and those worked for me. I recently started doing barbell military presses and I enjoy doin those more personally.
