background- when i was 15 i weighed 248 lbs i got into fitness back then i got to 190 or so an stayed at that for a cpl years i started to cut to try an get a six pack.i went down to 155 i didnt know shit about nutrion basicaly ate under 1000 most days an hour of cardio and 45 mins weight training (no idea wtf i was doing)i got a head injury about a year and a half ago and after feeling every sideaffect of low t i went to a dr my levels were that of a 5 y.o. and my free was super low my estradiol was high range 90. total test was 460. ive been on trt for 4 months now levels are 720 lowest dat around 1200-1300 high… been bodybuilding since begining of july 2011 i started at 155lbs
