What’s up,
I just wanted to introduce myself in the PL section asI've been around TNation for a small amount of time but mostly just in the beginner section. I've program hooped like a madman but finally think I've found a niche with 3/5/1 and trying to get as strong as possible (long way away) and figured this is the place to be. This is a great place for information and critiquing form from most everyone here. I'd appreciate it if any of you have extra time and would wanna check out my log as I have a few videos in there. Form, nutrition, programming critique is always welcomed.
