New to Getting Big, Advice Needed

Greetings to all. I am new to this and have been training for about 6 months now and have been given all kinds of advice from people in the gym. I was wondering exactly what are some helpful supplements to help build a good foundation to transform from normal to big. I am currently taking Niox before the gym and L-glutamine akg, omega 3-6-9,and protein shake immediatley after.

The hardest part for me is also the dieting. I love food and am weak in some points any advice will help. I also drink a gallon of water a day. Is there anything else I should be taking or am I good with what I have?

first of all welcome to the forum… secondly try the search function because this has been covered numerous times… thirdly, if your diet is not sorted then there would be bery little to be gained from taking supplements.

supplements are for adding extra to your already large nutritional intake. sort your diet out first, then take some supps to boost you when your progress has become flat… everyone will say, 80% nutrition, 20% weight training!!!

post your diet up, no matter how bad… you have taken the first step in coming on to the forum… lool also at some of the V-Diet threads and others that are a staple of the forum at the moment!

Cool Thanks

Drop the omega 3-6-9. Your body is getting too much omega 6 in relation to omega 3 already, so supplementing omega 6 makes a bad situation worse. Just supplement omega 3 and omega 3 alone.

Some swear by L-glutamine, some say it is worthless, it’s your call.

What is Niox?

Niox is a nutrex product that is basically nothing more than L-arginine and some other nitric oxide hemodialators.

Overall diet will make much more difference than supplements. Supplements are a level up from already sound eating habits. Good ones work, but won’t compensate for a poor diet. NO supps are pretty much hype to be honest from everything I’ve read that wasn’t designed to extract money from my wallet.

Work very hard under the iron, eat lots of good food and get some sleep you WILL get bigger. If you’re working hard (which is not a given) and not growing then you are not eating enough.

If your diet is weak then the ‘big’ that you get isn’t going to be what you may be desiring. Exercise will power with your nutrition and exercise strength in the gym and the proper consequences will result

side question about nutrition,
can’t you just get all your essentials from a good multi-v?
