Nolvadex 20mg started 2weeks out to ending my cycle. Next week I’ll start HCG daily. Water based, fast absorbtion was the consideration for daily injection of 357iu (2500IU/week) hcg for 2 weeks. I’m tapering my Deca to 200mg and Sus250 to 250mg for my last 2 weeks.

Have you considered using 250IU EOD all through the cycle so the testes stay operational instead of having to overdose them two wake them up? You would get 40 days per 5000IU.
Using high doses that can DR the LH receptors does not sound like a good way to cross over to natural production. And in some cases, when the testes have shrunk, they are not going to be back into production capacity in two weeks. AR has written to that concern as well.
I don’t use gear, so I don’t have a motive to understand the properties of all of those roids.

Having started Nolvadex it seems I have a shorter fuse and get easily angery. I’m on my last 2 weeks of cycle and will start HCG 1 week out.

I read that it’s ok to start cutting pre, during & post cycle… Any opinions??? The biggest issue for all post cycle is C O R T I S O L. I have much in my arsenal to challenge this so I feel cutting post cycle is ok.

I wouldnt start cutting till months after your cycle ends. Feed your body well with plenty of good foods and calories. Months later your body will have more adapted to its new size and your natural T levels should have returned back to a more normal level.

Just down’d 184Grams of protein & 1140cals before going to the gym in in Hr. In 30 min I’ll take 20gms of L-Glutimine, My BCAA’s, Mega Liquid Mineral, enzyme, & Viatamins, Sub lingual B complex.
Post Workout, 20gms of L-Glutime, 80gms of protein & eat 1/2lb of turkey.
I am close to 400gms of protine a day on my workout days & 250 on non days.
I had a Very successful Cycle and will probably do again in 6mo!

Alright man ive been reading your cycle and nutrition. Its good that you are trying to improve yourself, but you really need to do more researce on this stuff. You talk a lot about your protein but I havent seen anything on carbs. Carbs is what you want to use as energy (ATP) while your working out. Also you need carbs post workout to help push the protein to the muscle and get glucose levels back to normal and remember that taking in to much protein will turn into fat. I also read about the amount of gear you injected at a time. If I were you I would do a lot more research before you go on your next cycle. I hope you reached your goals for this cycle, I would hold off from cutting down right now. Let your body get used to being the size you are and your test levels back to normal. If you try to cut down you will lose some of the muscle you worked so hard for. Also you could try a cutting cycle the next time you go on.

No man, the body turns protein into amino acids, then that is what the body uses to build muscle. If the body doesnt need the amount of protein taking in then the amino acids will be turned into glucose, fat, ketones, or cholesterol. That is way you dont want to take in more then your body needs.
