The idea of this option is not to use HCG to restart the testes after a cycle, but keep them from shutting down in the first place. Much of what has been posted about HCG doses in the past are typically too high for this. 250IU EOD will preserve testicular function as gauged by research on intratesticular testosterone levels.

Things are ExCeLLeNt!! Health & performance are excellent, still no major side effect, I’m geting bigger yet. Chest is 50 1/4in cold, arms are 17-17 1/8in cold, people I havent seen for a few weeks say I’m big, I am liking very much what I see in the mirror! I will be posting more pictures… No gyno or hair loss.

I like the split week injections! No drop off’s noted!

People you are missing out if you haven’t tried the stuff!!! The biggest thing to note with AAS is recovery, I work hard & hurt bad but 2-3 hrs to the next day even, No pain! I feel so good that I have to stop myself from retrainning the same body part.

In addition to all my suppliments, I’m Focusing on sleep, 3gms of vit C, Glutimine pre & post, stopped all caffeine!

To answer a previous Q for Jimfound: HCG mid cycle is exactly as stated. Keeps your nuts from shutting down due to the test I’m taking. HCG did not effect my cycle adversly in any way. You can get the AAS Book by Richard C Daniels page 14 & 15 where it’s reccommended mid & post cycle. Keeping your nuts dormante for to long is a bad idea! Read for yourself!

“2000-5000 i.u. HCG every 5th day for 2-3 weeks” and talks about LH receptor down regulation as well.

The down-regulation is from too much HCG. Research in 2006 showed that 250IU SC EOD maintained baseline intratesticular testosterone levels. The same research paper suggested that dosing practices should be changed in light of that fact. So maybe a larger dose to jump start things could be done, or get on 250IU EOD HCG from the get-go for the whole cycle. When you start injecting test, LH shuts down very quickly. There has not been any research derived basis for dosing before, do not ignore this new data.

I find that info interesting. To be honest, I would rather do 250IU daily vs 2500IU mid/post cycle. I was talking today with a doctor friend who actually performs test injections and he said daily doses are what he has known. He said the types of HCG he administers comes in a pen style injection and was about $450 per month supply. He said he see’s the cost coming down as demand increases.

He said HCG works very well for weight loss as I illustrated earlier. His dad (a doctor) does daily test injections and participates in Anti Aging medicine. This week theres a big conference in Las Vegas for MD’s about AAS’s, Test type medicine.

My doctor friend said he is considering starting Test type therapy for himself. He stated that more and more the medical community is becoming accepting of AAS & test therapies…

Injection day, 250mg Sus250, Deca 200mg

15 LBS of muscle so far.

Weight 250LBS from 235lbs

BP 128/84 Labs normal thus far.

SLIM-FAST VITAMINE LOW CARB DIET SHAKE 11oz CAN, VERY GOOD! 2gms of carbs & 20gms of protein per can, I do 2 cans 3-4 times a day.

med pro could you post your workout routine please, and actual nutrition, not just things like “some more meat.” Since you are going through with AAS I think it’s important you maximize your gains.

Chest:225,285,315lb 3set ea 7-10reps of flat bench, then incline bench, then decline bench. From there I do 100lb dumbell flat bench 5-7rep/3sets.
Then Cable lower, mid, upper chest “WIDE” fly’s 10 reps 3set ea 32-37.5lbs treadmill 20min

Tues: Tri’s, 3 sets 10rep close grip flat bench 185lbs, then I go to cable pulldowns 10rep/3sets Full stack (220lbs?). Then I sit backwards on the preacher curl bench and do above the head tri extensions 95lbs 3 sets 10reps.

Then I go to the squat rack and set a upright bench and do military presses 10rep/3sets @ 185lbs. Then I finnish w/ flat bench close grip presses 3sets/10rsps @ 185lbs.

Wed: Bi’s. Lower cable curls @37lbs, then I use the curl bar 95-115lbs and do 3sets/10rep concentrated curls very slow, 2 sec up & 2 sec down. Then Cable hammer curls @ 37lbs. Then Back to bench press bar culrs @ 115lbs 3 sets/10rep. Then 21’s @75 lbs. treadmill 20min.

Doing all those variations for bench in one workout is unneccessary. You’d be better off doing more sets for one type (maybe 10x3) for 2 weeks then switch exercises. I also think you should separate more days between your chest workout and triceps…maybe switch triceps with biceps day. I’ve never had a day just for biceps, seems kind of a waste since your body can recouperate quickly. I’ve seen my best gains doing TBT variations. I don’t know much about AAS, just throwing my 2cents out. Good luck with your progress sir.

10: 1/2 cup nuts of 6oz of Beef Jerky & Slim Fast Low Carb.

A question for you as well. Why would you incorporate androgel and andro within this cycle? I personally think its likley a waste and just more for your body to try to process. Just curious as to your reasoning.

HCG, Nolvadex, Clenbuterol, C 3gm, Androgel-D Progesterone, Chrysin, SuperB Complex, NO CAFFEINE, Natural Herbs, Glutimine, PROTEIN! Will be looking for HMG next Mexico trip and more Clen. Lil any suggestions???

Andro-D Gel by Zlabs w/ 4-Androstenediol 4-AD) is an anabolic testosterone precursor www.bodybuilding.com/store/4andro.html is in my opinion wont hurt. But the main reason I use the product is for the Chrysin & Progesterone.

What’s your thought on this?

Scott aka Rice: Training hard while cycle’n is scary becuase the recovery is excellent! I mean, If I hit the same body parts the next day, I would have no problem training as hard. I try to stop myself from retraining the same body part. I get the urge to push myself as I see how huch bigger and stronger I have become. When I end my cycle I’ll train differently, but for now things are going very well.
