New to Eating Properly

Hi pretty new to forums been doing kickboxing for 2 years and lost alot of weight and fat current sitting at 74kg and about 19% bodyfat, recently decided i want to put on some muscle and lower my body fat to at least 10% (not sure if its even possible to lose fat and put muscle on at the same time) my following eating plan is what i aim to be sticking too would appreciate as much advice as possible thanks;

breakfast:4 wheatabix 1 fat free yogurt 300ml of egg whites 3oatcakes light spread

post workout: protien shake 1 banana

snack:6 oatcakes peanut butter

lunch:chicken breast brown rice mixed vegetables

snack:1.5cups oats 1 protien shake 1 banana

dinner:4 slices brown bread turkey breast, 43 kernams of pistachio nuts

1 gallon of water and multi vitamens,

once again any advice would be appreciated.

Please read some of the thousands of articles and books on bodybuilding nutrition, many of which are on this site, with some tagged right there in the beginner’s section in which CT spells it all out for noobs. After all, you’d have a clue if you’re on track if you read and understood some of them.

Of course you can grow and perform alright with this diet, but it’s not as high quality as can be.
