Thought I’d post a introduction post ![]()
Been training for four years, used to be 60kg @ 180 cm! So as us from England pass “A lanky streak of pi$$” no I’m at 80 Kg.
The main improvements have been made in the last year! XD Where I’ve added about 10kg
This is because, I stopped following all the “conventional” work outs…three day/ four day splits etc and started doing a Two day split concentrating on compounds only and very little isolation exercises and when i say 2 day split, its actually two days a week,
me being a true hard gainer I have found out rest is the most important part of training to me!
