Progress is progress. Don’t worry that it might not be optimal. As long as you’re pushing in the right direction you’re pushing. Beats going backwards.
some progress from march last year. 77kg - 84kg. I realise the before pics are of a horrible quality and the lightings completely different also but theyre all ive got. currently at university train at home with db’s/bench majority of the time and when i can pay to get into a gym to squat/deadlift/bench properly.
Your university doesn’t have a gym???

It does but I can’t afford it at the moment having to spend a lot of money every other month travelling to/from clinical placements
