I’m hoping to start setting bench PRs again. 320x11 and 405x2 are my best lifts.

I have to get a stone. That is the coolest thing to walk around with a boulder. And, I want to further make my neighbors think my mind is boiled.
320 x 11 and 405 x 2. Very, very adequate. My all time PR in the BP was 440, my worst lift (long arms). My BP just seems to have gone south slower than my other lifts.
But the long arms are great for throwing… ![]()
When I started lifting again, my BP was higher than mys squat for a while. I felt unclean… Realtiy has been restored now.
Thanks guys.
Gorilla you get used to the neighbors thinking you’re different real quick.
Harry come on 440!!! Man you are a stud. Haven’t you deadlifted 630 lbs as well?
Corrmhona glad you turned around that shameful situation.

Gonna do Powertec squats for a few workouts. They don’t hurt my low back like regular and front squats. Try to beef up my legs.

Squatted 625 and dl 655 but that was in 1983, a place and time far, far, away.

Indeed!
Are you still playing hockey? 'Tis the season again (almost). Actually, it never really ended in our house.

Never really ended here either. Playing middle school hockey once a week right now. Camp in two weeks then the regular season.

I was going to do some calf raises and ab rolls too but was spent.
Nice squats!
I don’t like the ‘new’ format at that other place. Or maybe I just hate change. Either way, I think I’ll just stalk on this site.

Thanks Skip. I found the new format confusing as well.

I went for a walk with my oldest son after work up a 1.5 mile steep hill. The first half of the walk really sucked but the second half was a breeze. Never thought 3 miles would kick my ass.

2 mile walk
Nice benching and squatting. Question…what is the powertec? Is that a power rack? Smith? machine?

Squats and front squats were killing my lower back shooting pain down my left leg so I stopped doing them. I recently dusted this thing off and found it doesn’t hurt my lower back too much. So instead of no squatting I use this thing.
Holy crap it looks like a torture device…I always knew people from NH were a little different!

Nice! And you just happened to have this laying around? Unused?
I wish I had junk like that…lol.
