I’m that Steve (ecogenx) guy from New Hampshire that used to post a bit back. Just decided it was time for a new name. Still 43 years old, 5’9.75’', 260-265 lbs. Been following a mix of Paul Carter-Jim Wendler workouts for the past couple of months.

10 snow covered hill sprints
First couple of trips the snow was deep then it got slippery. High knees then fancy foot work.

No belt. I haven’t used the belt for a couple months now. Legs a little fatigued from yesterdays sprints.
Solid work. I’ve been going sans belt as much as possible myself lately.

Lazy lump this weekend. Saturday I was going to do some sets of 100 reps. Then Sunday I was going to run hills. Well neither happened. But I watched a bunch of TV and ate.

Everything was light but my low back was killing me. Front squats were a no go. More stretching on my off days.

This felt good after a day of driving and kids hockey games. A lot of sitting and fast food.
I have to stretch out every day or I can barley move anymore. Good work. Did you buy a bowflex?

My wife surprised me with it several years ago. I never liked it. Never had the heart to tell her. I use it for high rep stuff.
Smart move on keeping the bowflex opinion to yourself. Some things are better left unsaid.

Bowflex must be built well or you woulda broke it by now.
