I like that too and it’s really helped make me stronger.

Good to see you Atp1. I’m not sure I’m any stronger but I’ve been fairly injury free lately. And I like the workouts.
6/23
10 sled drags - 5 walkingalt with 5 sprinting
2 short jogs around yard
My conditioning is sad. When the zombie apocalypse happens I’m screwed.

Nah even they are smart enough to leave a man who picks up rocks for fun!
I don’t watch zombie entertainment but it seems they will be frail and fun to smash like bugs with heavy rocks and such. Wonder what a zombie head would look like after being caught between two extremely quick 25-40 lbs kettlebells. Kabloohie!

Maybe smashing zombie skulls with a sledgehammer would be a good workout. Messy I bet.

But a plump bald man like myself may look very tasty.

Wasn’t planning on training tonight but going out of town for the weekend.

Walked 1.5 miles this morning as well.
I want some of that 320 x 8 on the bench action for me-self. I’ll get there again but seeing it just makes me envious.
Thanks Gorilla. I’m sure you’ll bench a lot more than that in no time.
I was on vacation last week and enjoyed the food and spirits a bit too much. Monday morning was tough. Last nights workout was a joke. Tonight’s workout felt much better.

Just looking around for old time sake and knew there couldn’t be more than 1 lifter from New Hampshire. You changed your screen name. Same old strong, though.

Harry, great to hear from you. Had to change my name. Boring story why. I’m not quite as strong as ever but good looking as ever. You still swimming and throwing? Still takin’ home the gold medals? (I’m sure you still are)

Feeling so much better then I did at the end of vacation last week. Funny how a couple nights sleep, no drinking and eating correctly can actually make you feel healthy.

Only done 2 T&F meets this year, won the shot, discus, and hammer in the first and the shot and discus in the second with a second place in the hammer. A very good friend (and even better thrower) beat me in the hammer.
Spent most of June in the Philippines so used up a lot of my vacation time. Training there consisted of sitting on the beach, swimming in the ocean, drinks, food, repeat. I’ve got two Highland games left to do this year, one in Sept and one in Oct, plus a masters swim meet and that’ll be about it for the year.

Good to see you’re still kicking butt. You must have been visiting your wife’s family. Glad you had a good time. Hope they are all doing well.
