Felt like doing something tonight but not lifting. My sit ups are weak and my chin ups are nothing to brag about either.

My tire is only 400 lbs. So not too tough but a good workout after a bunch of flips.

1c. 1 arm db rows 100x7x11 (77 total reps each arm)
Obviously after the forth set I only had two exercises.
