Heavier t-handle swings worked well as an assistance exercise. Going to add 25 lbs next time.

Had a little extra time this morning so I did a few swings and goblet squats. Now I feel great. All awake and cheery. Maybe you morning people are onto something.

425x10 is seriously strong. What do you think your max would be?

Just finished 53x225 total swings in the parking lot while my youngest practices. Nice and cool out but not to cold. Around 28 degrees.

Same as last night except it was only 21 degrees out. Took two sets to warm up tonight.

T handle swing 53x225 total reps

Same thing tonight but I added 10 lbs. I should have time to workout in the basement tomorrow night. Hoping to deadlift.
