Are you doing the Dan John 10,000 swings in a month? I almost finished it once but I had to give it up for some reason, I forget. 250 swings is nice work.
Id be pretty pumped for 405x10 solid work
swings are pretty bad ass too

GV, just trying to do 75-250 swings as often as I can. Work up to the 10,000 challenge someday.

Last workout of the year. A woman I work with got a 60 lb kb for Christmas and swung it 250 times the other night. She weighs like 150 and can do sets up to 40 reps with the thing. So I’ve concluded that t-handle swings must be much, much, much more difficult than kb swings.

Get-ups are looking better and better. Holding the db in my right hand feels real smooth. I can’t perform the last part of a get-up. Getting up from the kneeling position. My knees just won’t tolerate it.
200x7 MP is super impressive. Nice work.
