My finger is still aching but taking 600 of Motrin twice a day seems to be helping. I’m still staying away from any exercise I have to squeeze the bar for a while.
Just a trick I learned from my Doctor-you may wish to alternate the ibuprofen with naproxin for your finger. There are benefits to your system with changing up the meds, less stress on the internal organs or something like that.

Thanks GV. I’ll have to try the alternating meds trick. My finger is 75% better. Doesn’t ache doing everyday things but when I try to really grip something it still hurts.
Didn’t have time to workout before my son’s hockey practice so I grabbed my t-bell I made with 70lbs loaded and brought it with me. I went way back in the darkest corner of the parking lot so I wouldn’t have any spectators. Next time I want to bring a db as well for 1 arm clean and press.

Thanks Kevin. It’s funny that I really don’t care that people know I swing a sledgehammer and carry rocks but I don’t want to embarrass my sons. So I run off in the darkest corners of a parking lot to workout so no one will see me.

Fleetwood Mac rocks!
They put on a great show. Voices all sounded great. Lindsey Buckingham, who is like 70 years old, never came off the stage and is an incredible guitar player.

The energy of some of the older rock bands is incredible and their skills are phenomenal. Nice benching and squatting.
You’d think all the years of drug use and smoking would slow them down.

First time I’ve dead lifted in a month. Felt good. This past Friday, Sat, Sun I was just outside of Philadelphia with my youngest son for a hockey tournament. He did great and we had a bunch of laughs. But it felt good to eat something other than a cheeseburger and drink some water today.
