Sounds funny but flipping this stone could be an entire workout. I want to use it in a stone fence/wall I’m making. Going to take several rolling workouts to get it where I want it.

trap bar deadlifts and farmers carries with 325 - 7 sets deadlifts mixed with 7 sets of various distance carries
After the sldl I dragged the trap bar outside with four 35’s a couple 45’s and 25’s. Going to leave these in the shed. Hopefully this will get me to do carries more often.

Really fun workout but the stone carries killed me. Everything after felt heavier than it should have. I did several flips of my big stone (that I’ll never lift) as a warm-up. Now it’s a bit closer to where I want it to be.
I wish I could find a 230 lbs boulder to carry around. It would also be really fun to freak out my neighbors. Maybe even piss off the HOA snitches roaming around, now that would be awesome.
