Must have been fun working out with a group. Sometimes it can be difficult to be motivated working out alone. But logging in this forum helps.
poweretec squats 1 plate per side x 10,2 pps x 10,3 pps x 10,4 pps x 5,5 pps x 5,6 pps x 5,7 pps x5, 6 pps x 5,5 pps x 5,4 pps x 10

sldl 2’’ deficit 275x3,315x3,365x3,315x3,3
Haven’t really gone heavy with legs for a while so I kept putting 45’s on the powertec until I didn’t have any more. After the heaviest set I was dizzy for the rest of the workout.

New Hampshire Lifter? This whole time I thought you were a hockey enforcer!
Great work, BTW. You’re one strong Yankee! And I will always read your name as NHL Fighter.

Ha,ha NHL fighter. How did I not see that. The only time I’ll fight is if someone takes my lunch. I was in your state today. Hit the Kittery outlets. Your welcome for my tax donations.
trap bar deadlift 135x5,185x5,225x5,275x5,315x5,365x5,405x5,455x5
sldl 2’’ deficit 225x3,315x3,365x3,405x3,315x5
First day back from vacation so that means eating right and lifting weights. After reading TC’s article I’m putting trap bar deads back in the rotation.
super-set 4 sets
a. karowski rows
b. lateral raise
c. MP
super-set 4 sets
a. leg ext
b. calf raise
super-set 3 sets
a. pushdowns
b. curls
I’ve never really tried push presses. I’m surprised how much I was able to get over my head. Not sure there will be any carry over to strict MP but who cares.

I think push pressed build more power and I think there is a nice carryover to the strict MP over the long run.[/quote]
Thanks GV.
