- powertec squat 315x30
I didn’t have it in me to do multiple sets of powertec squats so I squeezed it all into one.

lookin" good stone man! nice deficits!!
I’m not familiar with a powertech squat? How does it compare with free weight squatting.

Not as difficult as regular squats but satisfies the bodybuilder in me.
Thanks Paul.
GV, I posted a picture on the previous page of the powertec squat.

Just ordered my Prowler. Can’t wait to get my ass kicked. If anyone has any prowler workouts they’d like to share that would be great.

Then my oldest and I dragged the sled for almost a mile. We switched off when we got tired. There are two big hills on the walk that really made things interesting.
that front squat looked super easy
nice work
ps you are going to have to build a shed for all your lawn training toys
The Powertec contraption looks like a monster device and a lot of fun.
Kevin, I was thinking I’ll have to get something out there to store all this stuff.
GV, I’ve found it helps to fill my need for squats. Almost as good as the real thing.

deadlifts 135x3,185x3,225x3,275x3,315x3,365x8x3
powertec squats 315x5x12
calf raise 1 set
t-bar swings 1 set
I wanted to do more calf raises and swings but I’d had it after the last set of squats. I dropped the deadlift weight and went for speed and volume.

My prowler will hopefully arrive in a week. Try to get this old man in some kind of respectable shape.
55 total chin ups…that qualifies as in shape in my book… Nice work Steve and the front squat vid was way too easy!

Thanks Paul. I’ve only shown that fat guys can do chin-ups too. I need to get in great shape like you.

This was the bulk of my workout but I ran a little, did some push ups and some other little things between sets. I was planning on working out in the basement but it was too nice outside.
I like your training. Simple, focused, but with lots of variety.
