1a. Front squat 135x5,155x5,175x5,195x5,215x5,235x5
1b. Dips BWx6x10
2a. T bar swings 53x3x15
2b. Overhead squat barx3 sets (not sure you can call these ugly things OH squats)
I can’t even do OH squats with just the bar. Not sure if this is a problem.

Losing mobility is a slow process. But one day you realize that you can’t touch your hands behind your back and can’t squat without pain.
I did about 2 hours of MarcPro EMS while watching the Super Snore and I did some t-handle swings prior to the game but I think you have me beat doing the grippers and ab work.
Thanks GV and OG. I’ve given up trying to stick to any routine until my boys hockey seasons are over in a month. My wife works 4 third shifts a week so I do all the practices, homework and most of the games. Wah, wah, wah. Thank you for listening.
Cleaned out a path on the workout side to do some farmers carries. 15 sec one way turn walk back.
trap bar deads 135x5,185x5,225x5,275x5,315x5,365x5,425x5x5
squats 135x5,225x5,275x5,315x5,365x5
I squatted with my heels on 5 lb plates trying to help my ROM. My back was tighter than hell but no pain down my left leg. I’m happy with that. Now to get some real weight on my back.
Sending warmer wishes from Cali Steve. Good to see the squats coming back.
That challenge sounds like a grinder. I read up on his push-up challenge as well. Tempting in a twisted way.
