Snow has been removed. Back yard rink cleared and functional. I think we only got a foot. It was -11 F here on Saturday morning without the wind chill. -30 F in Northern NH. WTF is that all about?

That is a strong session. MP pressing 250 is impressive.
Have you got any pictures of your backyard rink. My son really wants me to put one in and I have the room but our last several winters have been so mild he wouldn’t have gotten much use out of it.

DB, sorry the video came out sideways. This was a video from last year. But I make the same rink with the same boards every year. I just get new plastic each season. The rink is 48x36.

Over the years squatting has progressively made my back ache and send pain down my left leg. So I stopped not wanting to do any permanent damage to my back. I may try to sneak some high rep, low weight stuff in soon at the end of a workout. See if it still bothers me. Funny thing is that pulling doesn’t bother it if I warm up.
