This is the most I’ve ever deadlifted without a belt. Only 85 more pounds to go. Ha, ha, ha.

Both of these were late night.
I love diet ginger ale…drink it as my main soda. I cut out dark sodas for the most part because I read something bad about them but I do have a diet coca-cola now and then.
Nice trap bar and bench work.
Diet ginger ale is the best diet soda hands down. But tonight I’m drinking Red Hook’s Long Hammer IPA.

My wife went from only working 2 third shifts a week to 4 a week. Money is great but its really put a kink in my workout schedule. Until my boys’ hockey seasons are over 11 pm workouts are going a regular thing.
One day if I am lucky I will be able to trap bar dead something close to 500.

I was up on the Canadian boarder this weekend for my youngest son’s hockey tournament. Didn’t get home until 7:30. So I was surprised I worked out at all tonight. I convinced myself to do one hard set of powertec squats instead of skipping them.
Nice benching for not feeling strong(Ha) and good deads to boot.
