My back is starting to feel almost normal today. But I didn’t want to stress it out to much. The supersets and lunges killed my legs but were easy on my back.

Felt great. No pains. Spent the day with the family. The town fireworks were cancelled but the neighbor put on quite a show. He must of had hundreds of professional fireworks. It went on forever. I watched from my living room.

I poured a 300 lb stone this afternoon. I’m thinking this should be the last one.
I bet your son has other plans…
^If he doesn’t, maybe dig up another rock. How about a photo of that 1200 lb one?
That’s pretty bad ass
That’s pretty cool.
I’m sure my son will let me know soon enough what else we need. Funny thing one of his friends asked me to help him make some stones. I said I would.
Sorry about the shitty pictures. It was hard to hold the tape measure and take a picture. If you use those measures for a block of granite it would weight 2500 lbs. But I figure it’s half a block. So around 1200 give or take.

My oldest camber bar box squatted 315+green bands x20x2. I just kept benching and deadlifting until he was finished.
Yes, a stone fan for sure.
Steve, our office courtyard stone about size of closest in photo ran $250 in 2010. Landscaping…
Stones are expensive. We bought some for the fire pit. I couldn’t believe what we paid. But my wife liked them. So…

Stone carry x 6 drops
I forgot how sucky stone carries are. You can’t breath. And your forearms get all tired. I think the total distance is around 250 feet.
Maybe try some under l000 lbs.
