- Rolled 11 big stones to the fire pit
- 10 500 lb tire flips.
The stones are all to big to lift so I had to roll them.

500 lb tire flips. Jeez.
I’ve been rolling and maneuvering stones for our fire pit for workouts lately. I found a little extra energy for a workout afterwards today.

My oldest son turned 21 yesterday. We all enjoyed beer and cake. He bought 4 new 45 lbs plates. I’ve never seen plates like these before. Flat with no lip and only 1/2 the width of other plates.
Happy Bday to K.
Cool plates…
Paul, Kainen said thanks. Then he proceeded to say what a good guy he remembered you were.

Moved a big stone out of the woods yesterday. Low estimate is 1200 lbs.
That’s a boulder!
Did you carry it, or roll it?

Just another typical day for you. Must be nice.
Picture!!!
We rolled it. No one could lift this thing. I have a couple more stones I’m working on. But they’re really buried.

My son bought a new squat rack for me for Father’s Day. It’s coming in today. So I made room for it as I was working out. It’s gonna be tight.
That’s what she said.
Oh to have your problems with equipment!
HA, first world problems.

This is the strongman/stone lifting area I’ve set up.
Great set up.
Holy Moly Steve… you do have an awesome set up !
^Steve, I certainly agree. This looks like part of a home gym whose owner moves 1200 lb rocks.
We have collected quite a bit of equipment. I should be in better shape for sure.

I tweeked my back the other day. So I needed a back friendly workout. Everything was slow and controlled with continuous tension. My legs felt like jello
