  3. several sets of chin-ups peppered in there

The bar on my back felt good. Haven’t squatted for awhile. Everything felt light. Then I benched. That was a different story. I thought I’d put 275 on and it was only 225.

The companies that make furniture sliders should rename them sliding fitness or something. With everyone at home and the gyms closed they’d sellout in a day.

Jet stream is all wiggly and keeps pulling arctic air down into the interior, then changes location, allowing warm air to inflow. Temps are all over the place day to day, I’ve been hearing.

Sunny and 40 degrees here this morning. Short sleeve weather.

Changing from a 17’’ to 15’’ box made quite a difference for me. Challenges my range of motion.

Took a week off. Everything slow and controlled today. Trying to calm down my joints. My elbows, knees and hips are showing some wear and tear.

Tried to keep the concentric and eccentric both 5 seconds. Hold at the top for some of the exercises. I lost count on a couple sets. But it’s close enough.

Steve- you taking anything for your joints? 10 sec reps is work brother!! good work! Hope. you and yours are all well.

I moved a little to quickly. I felt nauseous for awhile afterwards. The reps we all slow and controlled but definitely not 5 seconds each way today.
