Maybe if you’d used both arms…

Paul, the family is good. Wife and boys are doing well. I hope you and yours are happy and healthy.
Mac, I can’t chew gum and walk. Using both arms is out of the question.

I walked this damn puppy 4 miles yesterday and 4 miles today. And he still is running us ragged. American labs have so much energy. Once the puppy phase is over they are such awesome dogs.

Labrador is a Canadian territory, where the breed is from unless I am mistaken. Related to the Newfoundland, which comes from Newfoundland. I always find it confusing when it is called American.

Sweet lap dog, just wait until he’s 80-100lbs. It’s funny how they never figure out that they don’t ‘fit’ anymore.

HA, not sure how or why but there are two distinct Lab body types. The block heads with shorter legs and the longer legged narrow heads.
Eric, who needs an electric blanket when you have a dog who wants to be as close to you as possible.

I’m really trying to give Dan John’s 40 day workout a go. But I’m feeling more beat up than refreshed. All the walking and stone lifts may be the problem. It couldn’t be the wine I drink most nights could it?

A professional dog trainer can train your pup to walk/run on a treadmill!

Until your energy level and that of your (older) dog intersects, and you are able to enjoy the nirvana period of pet ownership lol.

questioning the wine is strictly forbidden…carry on

^add to that dogs on treadmills.

I’m screwed Punny. It’s going to take 10 years to balance out.
Ok Paul I’ll keep up with the wine consumption.
Mac, now I wish I hadn’t given our treadmill away.

My hamstrings and glutes are sore from yesterday. Walked the dog 2 miles earlier. I should be in great shape any day now.

This was a tough one. The swings and the 15’’ box front squats together jacked my lower back. I had to stop for a bit and switch to the 17’’ box. I wanted to beat my total swings yesterday so I did three additional sets without squats.
