New Hampshire Lifter II

That looks like a golden retriever. If it is you’re in for a LOT of work. But they’re worth it.

Sister in law had one that retrieved a UPS tv delivery outside a neighbor’s house.

Charlie is a cute little bugger. He’s an American yellow lab. Slimmer with coloring more like a golden retriever. He’s a handful.

  1. semi sumo deads with orange bands: 135x3 185x3 225x3 280x3 320x3 365x3 405x3
  2. 15’’ box zercher squat: 135x5 225x5,5,5 315x5 225x5

The bands added somewhere between 100-150 lbs at the top.
I’ve had night duty with the dog. Feeling a little sluggish. Hopefully he sleeps through the night soon.

I had Yellow Lab for a lot of years. He grew up with the kids. I had to finally put him down at 16, and it was losing a good friend. I still miss him. Labs are awesome dogs. I’ve tried talking the wife into getting another one, but she remembers what a handful our dog was when he was young.

Glad you had so many years with your lab. I cried like a school boy when we put ours down. This time around the puppy phase may kill me though.

Steve, your new dog is going to be great. Maybe even retrieve rocks, in time.

If he’s anything like our last lab he will be a great dog. Be my outdoor workout buddy. Throw a tennis ball :tennis: then flip a tire.

Once again I have no idea how much the chains add.

Thought my shoulders might need some high rep work.

That much volume would likely remove my shoulders from their sockets.

I still think there’s something in the water in your neighborhood.

Looks like a lot but it wasn’t to bad. Worst part was the high rep work. I’m not used to that.

This band set up seems to work ok.

My son and I tried to get the 335 lb stone into the basement. We got it to the top step got really scared about losing it and decided to just pour another one in the basement.

We got that beast down the basement steps. Was a little interesting in a couple spots but there were no injuries or anything broken.
