1b. powertec calf raise BWx15, white band x 3 sets to failure
2. powertec squats: white bandx15, white+orange bands x15, white+orange+green bands x 15, bands+chains x 15, bands+chains+1 pps x 15
3. weighted crunches x 3 set
I was feeling a little bored so I pulled out the bands and chains. My legs felt like jelly after this.

Went to an afternoon Bruins game. Threw this quick workout in when we got home. Planning on doing some carries tomorrow.

I did some carry medlies with the 150 lb sandbag, 140 lb keg, 155 lb Husafell, 200 lb Husafell, 100 lb dbs. (not all in the same medley).

This should have been an easy workout but white wine and watching Netflix until 1 am added a level of difficulty.

Not sure how much the bands add at the top. I just know when I have bands on my pull speed is higher than without.

I figure the bands added around 38 lbs at the top. I was going to do pull-ups between sets of bench but my forearm/biceps were killing me tonight. So I did band pull aparts between sets.
