What I can figure it’s around 155 lbs. The bag I tried to lift a week ago was full of stones like this. So I thought I’d use the same. Going to carry it around for a bit now.

- 150 lb sandbag carry and shouldering x a few each
With the farmers handles a trip is 100 feet. Walk 50 feet, put it down, turn around pick it up and walk back. This sandbag is a perfect weight for training. The 200 lb (when I get around to making it) will be more max effort I think.

I dropped the Husafell on the last set as I was putting it down. Sounded like a plane crash it was so loud. My wife and kids ran downstairs to see if I’d killed myself. I haven’t looked but I’m sure I chipped the floor under the rug.
Better the floor than a toe!!!
