My second comp ever was in Boston, the heavies had 275 per hand for Farmer’s. It was brutal, but then you get used to it and it isn’t brutal anymore. The problem with competing in openly untested sport as a natty is keeping up sometimes, LOL. Contest weight can get ridiculous.

I rolled the 230 lb atlas stone into the basement this morning . I’m thinking about bringing all the stones down. I’d use them a lot more often.

I set the bike on the highest setting and sprinted for 20 or 30 seconds then jumped over to the powertec with 1 plate per side + white bands x 10 reps. Feel the burn!!!

Unless you start stone/sand bag loading on that pool table?..ditch it man!

My wife went to a work Christmas party last night at one of her coworkers house. The woman’s husband has a 200 lb canvas bag full of small stones. I tried several times to shoulder it but only got it to my chest. Pissed me off so I’ve ordered 2 of the bags from amazon. I’ll throw that bag over my shoulder next year.

HA, the canvas bags are supposed to arrive tomorrow. I’m hoping to build a 150 lb bag and 200 lb bag this weekend. Get them over my shoulder very soon.

I had some parts hanging around so I made this duck walk bar. One of the 10 lb plates got stuck so I had to stop at 230 lbs. I’ll get that plate off this weekend.

Bought my son a pair of 100 and a pair 75 lb dbs for Christmas. Hiding them in the garage. I’m feeling slightly guilty because I bought them as much for me as I did for him.
