A bigger diameter log tends to favour pressers. Personally, 10" was always my fave, the most comfortable size. The 8" is annoying, thw 12" is okay but the 14" is awkward as hell.
HA, Iāve only tried the 10āā log. And I like how it feels.

What was the problem? Iām trying 185 tomorrow and Iām expecting that itās going to try and scrape down my belly. I have to actually consciously protrude my abdomen to keep it high.
Tony, getting the weight to the top of my stomach and the press are easy. My wrist wonāt snap back trying to get the weight in the rack position. Iām not sure if itās a mobility thing or maybe Iām just really weak at that part of the exercise. But Iām going to keep at it.

I only cleaned the first rep for log clean and press. This was the first Iāve squatted without a box for a quite a bit. I definitely felt it in my quads more.
Nah, itās math. Your back is six feet wide, but your arms are only two and a half feet long.

Today was an off day but I felt like doing something. I made a wrist roller with a 3āā pvc pipe that slides on the end of an Olympic bar years ago. I pulled it out of the junk box and used it today.

It was getting dark so I used my 2 stones in the basement. 150 lb atlas stone and a 230 lb natural stone. The distance carried is limited in the basement but it was still enough to get a good workout in.
