I was trying to figure a way to do belt squats. So rigged up a landmine and put some foam and tape around a chain and started squatting. Works fairly well. Not sure if it was the warmup or a good day but my back felt really good.

I only cleaned the first rep on clean+press. The 3rd rep with 365 got away from me and rolled off my shoulders and down my arms. That hasnāt happened for a long time.
Where did you get your log from?
We bought the 10āā log from titan fitness. Itās the only one Iāve ever used. So Iām not sure if the 8 or 12 inch would be better. But Iām really happy with it. Just checked and itās on sale for $160.
