I have 4 mores stones almost out of the woods. The biggest one no one on earth could lift. I want to use that one as a lawn ornament. The other three I think I will be able to train with.

It took some effort but I pulled these stones out of the bushes. The forth stone is 3/4 of the way out of the woods.

The lawn ornament stone? Can’t wait to see that one lol.

Any stones shaped like the Granite state?

I figure conservatively this stone weighs 524 lbs. So when I said no one on earth would be able to lift this I may have been wrong. Brian Shaw or Thor may be able to.

I had to look that one up Tony. Didn’t know he was the one to fight the Minotaur.

Paul, not sure why but I do enjoy dragging these stones out of the woods. Kids and wife are good.

    3a. Axle curls 65x3x12
    3b. Rope pushdowns 50x25,15,15

My son was doing axle clean and press so I threw in a few sets between db press. The axle clean is so difficult.

  1. Axle clean and press(1st rep cleaned) 105x3x5 115x5 125x5 135x5 145x5 155x5 165x5 175x10 155x3x5
    2a. cgb 135,185,225,245,265,285x8
    2b. bb rows 145,195,215,235,255,235x8
    3a. rope pushdowns x 3 sets
    3b. db curls x 3 sets

The axle cleans are getting better. I used a squat bar for rows because it’s a little fatter than a regular bar for grip.

Happy Birthday!!!

Age is but a number. In your case, it’s a big one, but still a number nonetheless.

For real though, good lifting and have a happy birthday.

Tears of joy I hope, just remember age is like

My oldest bought me the grip block and the pinch grip thingy for my birthday. So we gave those a spin at the end of our workouts.

Thanks Mac. I know it’s just a number but I liked 30 and 40 much better.

  1. Hang clean and press: barx10 95x5 115x5 135x5 145x5 165x3 185x3 165 x several sets
    2a. db bench: 100s x3x15
2b. neutral grip chins: BW x3x6

At least for awhile I’m going to rotate log, axle and hang clean and presses. Use bench and db press as an assist.
