I limited the time between sets as best as I could and tried to keep the reps higher than I usually use. I can’t remember the reps for each set. The lighter weights and higher reps were friendly to my shoulders.

I think the bands add 30-40 lbs combined. So I’m happy with what I put up today.

I like working with bands too. I like that they provide added stress throughout the movement.

Crippler, I’m liking bands more and more. The exercises I’ve used them on feel ‘smoother’ throughout the range of motion.

Front squats felt great today. 225 felt like 135. The bands on the powertec worked wonderfully.

Powertec equipment lasts pretty well. My rack is powertec and has held up nicely.

Thanks Mac. We almost found out the hard way we needed collars.

I cleared out a 25 foot section in the basement for carries. 1 trip was down and back. Then we got outside for stone lifts. I tried tacky for the first time. Just on my fingers and hands. The tacky makes lifting atlas stones easier. Goo gone gets the tacky off really well. But I’m not sure how good it is for the skin.

The farmers handles are cool. Used them for suitcase deadlifts tonight. Back, knees and shoulders all felt good tonight.
