I worked out with my oldest son. He was doing sets of 305 for 3 and 4 reps. Weird having a lifting partner.
Hey there, just reading through the log, where do you train/live man? I’m in Manchester, 30yo fat guy just getting into PL & Strongman for real after being a lazy lump most of my adult life. Gonna try to make it to Granite State Strongest this year at the very least, assuming I can.

I can not figure out how to logon with my iphone now. I was able to before. Not sure what happened.
There are a couple threads where people can’t log in with their phones. I have an OLD iphone and haven’t had any problems yet. Maybe @Chris_Colucci can get you pointed in the right direction.

Note to Alex: NHLFTR is about strongest guy on here.
I’m not 100% sure, but it seems like it may be related to an update in Safari that affects forum logins. If you can try using something like Chrome, it could help. A couple of people talked about it over in this thread .
