Box squat are so much easier on my knees and back. I really stretched with the zerchers. Tried to get as low as I could.

Both my sons were out last night and my wife was working so there was no drinking. So I was up early and ready to go. Even though it was below zero I got the smoker all fired up and have 5 racks of ribs smoking.

I had one drink and a slow night as well. I’ll take some ribs though.

You get your strength from eating ribs?

Crippler, we had enough for all of you. And I would share. My oldest did all the cooking and made a good coleslaw along with the ribs.

Trying to work on my mobility with the deficit sldl, front squats and lunges. Going to warm-up the leftover ribs and mac and cheese for dinner.

My wife made some outrageous short ribs during holidays. That woman can cook when she feels like it.

Biker, I didn’t type it but I squatted 505 standing on one leg.

Anyone know how to logon using an iphone? I was able to do it then a week or so ago I just couldn’t.
