I know it was 2 board but 405 felt good. Iāve never benched more than 405 in a meet. Iām hoping to put up 410. Less then a month away now.

I just ordered 2 mini and 2 average bands from elitefts. The strong bands were all sold out. I hope I like them as much as I like chains. More gadgets I probably donāt need.
Bands are so fricken awsome. Put 'em on squats and you accelerate like busters out of the hole, and then the elephant sits down on you. I loved that part.
Tony, I canāt wait to try them out. Be here on the 15th.
