I pulled out the trap bar for a change. Stole the zercher holds from Christian Thibaudeau.

I’m curious about zercher holds. I’ll have to check it out.

I just ordered 2 mini and 2 average bands from elitefts. The strong bands were all sold out. I hope I like them as much as I like chains. More gadgets I probably don’t need.

Bands are so fricken awsome. Put 'em on squats and you accelerate like busters out of the hole, and then the elephant sits down on you. I loved that part.
