I doubled up a green band and put it around my knees with BW squats. Worked the gluteus medius.

I lowered the prowler weight so I could do some exercises in between prowler trips.

Maybe 100’. I’ll measure it next time I use it. I really like the rope pull. I’m sure you would too.

I’ve had the sandbags for a long time but never use them. So I played with 140 lb bag for a while.
