I did pushups, deadlift to overhead db press, BW squats between and/or during trips

1 (lighter) bike tabata
2 rope pushdowns, db curl, push-ups, empty straight bar curl x3 supersets
3 lateral raise, BW calf raise, seated calf raise x3 super sets
4 shld dislocates, toe touch stretch with elevated toes, stone to lap x2 sets

I wanted to use the prowler again but it’s raining and part of the driveway is icy. So back to the basement.

4 empty bar curls x3 sets

After the prowler work I lifted with my youngest. I haven’t done db rows for a long time. The 100 used to fell so much lighter. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

It was 32 degrees out. Very balmy. So I pulled the yoke out and walked it up and down the driveway. The yoke weighs 166 lbs empty.

Mac, I have the mind of a 15 year old, elbows and knees of 110. Going to an orthopedic tomorrow to look at my right knee.
