Kept my youngest company while he worked out. He’s home now getting his masters online. He’s decided to start working out.
Congrats on being able to keep you kids company while working out.
My son won’t let me work out with him, though he has been working out on the regular.
I think he finds me a little…intense.
You’re not intense. Just very knowledgeable. I set my youngest up with the old 5x5 workout three or four days a week.

I did overhead barbell press and dips with my younger son. My elbows were on fire. I won’t be doing them again any time soon.

My wife tried to use the ice bath this morning and it was frozen completely solid. She and my oldest have been sitting in there 2-3 minutes everyday. I can’t do it.

My youngest and I did the squats together back to back sets with minimal rest. I had to sit for a few after the last set of 20.
I think the same thing! I can’t do it. They’re out of commission for a while. That thing is frozen solid.
Thanks Eric. We’ve been collecting for over 20 years. Not sure what we’ll do if we ever move.

I rode the bike this morning. Scraped the driveway down (snow and ice) so I could use the prowler.
