Feels good moving a weight from floor to overhead. I think my elbows would explode if I did barbell cleans.

Guy in gym did a lot of barbell rows/cleans/presses in one movement today with 135. He’s in such good shape bodybuilder wise that I wanted to do them too. But I didn’t. He does about 70 pullups twice weekly but I’ve never seen him do these before. He’s not a real heavy lifter either.
