I’m just getting over Covid. I believe my son caught it at the powerlifting meet. Gave it to my wife. Then they shared it with me. First day I’m feeling human again. :grin:

I did 3 reps of deads after every row for a warm up. For grip strength deadlifts were overhand grip.

Kept moving to get a little conditioning in. Everything except the bench was higher reps with light weight.

  2. leg curl, BW calf raise, neutral grip chin ups x3 sets
  3. axle bar curls x3 sets

Not sure if it adds anything to a workout but I like the row-deadlift or deadlift-row supersets. I need to work in more landmine exercises. Such a cool piece of equipment.

I think row/deadlift supersets make your arms longer.

Get the joints all warmed up before I hit the bench. 2 board seams to be much kinder on the elbows and shoulders.

Stone Cold Steve Austin had a reality show called Broken Skull where the last event was an obstacle course for time. First part of the obstacle course was to carry (run) with a 75lb log, so yeah it’s a manly idea for sure.
